Design Collaborative Consulting has been established with a vision for planning and designing excellence in the field of Residential, Industrial, Institutional, Hospital, Industrial and Infrastructural projects.
Design Collaborative Consulting has been formed by a team of Planners and Designers who have an excellent track record of developing Mega townships, Residential & Commercial developments, Institutional complexes and Health services etc., in nutshell all the aspects of Real estate and Infrastructure developments across many states in the country and overseas.
The company under one roof provides all solutions to the challenges of township development of large or semi large nature which will include assistance to the developers of both private or public sectors in Project selection, working out the feasibility of project, Planning and Designing of townships as per the local Master plan/Zonal plan/Bye laws & norms for such developments as laid down by the authorities. Assisting and guiding the developers to obtain Sanctions & Approvals for such developments. Post approvals Designing of infrastructure facilities & amenities in the township both Civil and Electromechanical. Besides providing state of Art Landscaping for ambience & environmental friendly developments. Guiding the clients for obtaining Mandatory Environment clearances, Pollution clearances, Ground water extraction clearances ( if reqd.), Fire clearances and Airport Authority clearances.
Architectural planning and designing facilities shall also be made available under the same roof including all allied designs like Structural design and EMP design etc.
The team responsible for the delivery has been associated with planning and Infrastructure designing of approximately 10,000 Acres of raw land and about 150 Lacs sq.ft of vertical developments of Residential as well as Commercial buildings besides institutional & Hospital buildings over a period of 25 years.
The team has over-viewed a successful on ground implementation of about 7500 Acres of township development including the complete infrastructure, Services, Environmental developments and Environment safe guard measures Implementation. The team members were instrumental in presenting the schemes and getting sanctions and approvals for such developments from various Government agencies/regulators including Environment clearances, Airport Authority clearances, Fire clearances, Central Ground water Authority clearances and all others allied mandatory clearances required for such developments.
The team has also over-viewed successful implementation on ground for development & construction of about 50 High rise projects of Residential, Commercial, Shopping malls, Institutional buildings and Health care buildings.
