A Civil Engineering graduate of 1971 batch from Regional Engineering College – Kurukshetra now (N.I.T Kurukshetra) with an extensive experience of 40 years gained while serving the State Government J & K for 14 years and top notch Real estate company of India for 26 years. In recognition of his contribution to Housing and Urban development in the state of UP, conferred with a title of “UP RATAN” by All India conference of intellectuals in the year 2013.

Mr. RAMESH CHANDRA ASTHANA : Patron & Advisory head Engineering

An Environmental & Public Health Engineer having masters in Public Health Engineering with Honours in the year 1977 besides a First class degree in Civil engineering from Roorkee University ( now IIT Roorkee ) in the year 1967.

Has about 46 years of extensive experience in the field of environment, public works and public health engineering including planning, project scheduling, design & construction supervision of urban infrastructure works of sewerage, drainage & water supply systems including water and sewage treatment plants, water quality monitoring and control, pollution abatement, performance study and evaluation of various components of the water supply and sewerage systems, particularly sewage treatment plants, etc. Jobs in various capacities include data collection, analysis and preparation of projects to its implementation including project management.
Has retired as a Managing Director from UP Jal Nigam in September, 2003. After retirement, has kept himself engaged as a freelance consultant in the area of same expertise and Experience.
Has worked in not only the Government set up, but also with international funding agencies like JBIC, JICA, World Bank, ADB, British DFID and others.
He is also a Visiting Professor in the IIT, Roorkee teaching the students of M.Tech, a regular Post Graduate programme in Engineering. He teaches the subjects of Financial Management, Resource Mobilization and Sustainability of the Projects, Procurement and Tendering Procedures, Public Hearing Process and Specific Acts and Statutory Regulations of India and other countries pertaining to Environment.

Mr. JONAED HASAN KHAN : Head Infrastructure team

A Graduate Civil engineer from University of Mysore having 24 years of total experiences in sewerage design & its network installation, Storm water Drainage system design & Installation including design of rain water harvesting pit, potable water network design & installation of potable water system and Irrigation water network design & installation. Treatment plant, sumps and ground service reservoir and overhead tanks.

Completed a course in safety orientation from Ministry of Singapore.

Dias of the pipe used in the network ranged from 63mm to 2.5 Meters whereas the materials were HDPE, MDPE, UPVC, MILDSTEEL, DUCTILE IRON, CAST IRON, RCC, and ACBESTOS CEMENT etc.

Ms. SWAPNA NATH :Town Planner and Architect

Possessing a B. Arch from Vishveshariah Technological University, Belgaum completed in the year 2004 and Worked for more than 11 years in multiple facets of Architectural practice and related disciplines has enriched proficiency in project visualization, concept development, core designing, coordination with consultants/contractors, preparation of working drawings, presentations and coordination on site for execution. Has been handling projects of varied nature, huge scales where the involvement has been very active and result oriented.

The core competencies :
• Layout planning and Architectural design of township in coherence with the township policy. Distribution of land use, density calculations and respective provisions to be made as per the bye laws
• Also Worked on residential complexes like group housings and villas including row house development. The basic principle for the designs developed was Housing for all by providing quality life amongst natural habitat ensuring fresh air and light to all units by ways of efficient planning and utilization of space
• Co-coordinating with development authorities for building bye laws, amendments, government orders/policies and their provisions in design schemes. Accordingly, preparation of submission drawings incorporating the pre-requisites for technical approvals
